1. Who we are

This website and service are operated by Jagat IT Limited, Dhaka, Bangladesh, under the name 247 Call Receiver.

The telephone numbers run under the IPTSP licence of ICC Communication Ltd. Jagat IT Limited is an authorised reseller of ICC. We do not own the numbers and we do not offer number porting.

2. The service

We provide businesses with a 096 IP telephone number together with an automatic call answering service: incoming calls are answered by our system, a pre-recorded Bangla message is played, and callers can be connected to your or your staff’s mobile phones. Depending on the package, call recording and call reports are included.

Each channel carries one call at a time. Please check the number of channels in your package before buying.

3. Eligibility

Citizens of Bangladesh or organisations registered in Bangladesh. As required by regulation, each number needs a responsible person’s National ID, photograph, parents’ names, date of birth and address. Applications with false or third-party information will be rejected and active services will be terminated.

4. Approval and payment

Submitting an application is free. Payment is requested only after we have reviewed the documents and approved the application. If anyone asks you to pay before approval, it is fraud; please report it to us.

Prices: one-time setup fee BDT 299. A monthly fee applies depending on the package. Outgoing calls are charged at BDT 0.45 per minute. Incoming calls are free. Additional channels cost BDT 99 per month. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and the prices shown on this website are final.

After payment, your registration is submitted to the operator. The operator’s approval time is outside our control; we keep you informed at every step.

5. Prohibited use

• Illegal, fraudulent or harassing calls
• Unsolicited bulk calling or messaging
• Impersonating another person or organisation
• Renting or reselling the number to anyone else
• Any activity that breaks the laws of Bangladesh or the operator’s rules

If detected, we may suspend the service without prior notice and may be required to inform the authorities.

6. Limitation of liability

We make every effort to keep the service running. Temporary interruptions may occur due to the operator’s network, power, internet or other causes outside our control. Our liability for such interruptions is limited to the fee you paid for the affected month.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by writing to support@jagatitlimited.com. The service may be suspended if a monthly fee is unpaid or the call balance runs out. Refund rules are set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Changes and governing law

Any changes to these terms will be published on this page with a date. Active customers will be notified separately of significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
