1. Information we collect

• Application details: name, organisation name, mobile number, email, date of birth, parents’ names, present and permanent address, occupation
• Documents: National ID image, passport-size photograph, and a trade licence where applicable
• Once the service is active: time and duration of calls to and from your number, menu options pressed, and call recordings where included in your package
• Payment details: amount, method and transaction reference. We never see your card or mobile banking PIN or password; these are entered on the payment gateway’s secure page

2. Why we collect it

Bangladeshi regulation requires every telephone number to be linked to an identifiable person. Your identity details are therefore sent to the operator ICC Communication Ltd for registration. Otherwise, the information is used only to provide the service, bill you and contact you.

3. Who can see it

• Our authorised staff, only to verify applications and run the service. Every document view is logged
• ICC Communication Ltd, for registration
• The payment gateway, limited to what the transaction requires
• Government authorities where required by law

We never sell your information or share it for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

• National ID and photograph: deleted automatically one year after the number is activated, or 90 days after an application is rejected
• Core application details and transaction records: for as long as the service runs and afterwards for as long as the law requires
• Call recordings: for a limited period according to your package, then deleted automatically

5. How we protect it

Documents are never stored at a public link and can only be viewed by logged-in authorised staff. All traffic to this site is encrypted with HTTPS. Our servers are located in Bangladesh and under our control.

6. Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies for customers. The only cookie is a necessary one that keeps our staff logged in.

7. Your rights

To find out what information we hold about you, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted after cancellation, write to support@jagatitlimited.com. We will delete everything except what the law requires us to keep.
